Current agreements are listed alphabetically under the employer name. Just click on the first letter of the name of your employer below to find your agreement.
If you cannot find your agreement below, members can contact the Union on 1800 060 556 for assistance.

Although Modern Awards came into operation on 1 January 2010 some parts of the Awards may be subject to transitional rules which mean that they will be implemented in stages, members should ask their organiser about the transitional rules for their Award.
The National Employment Standard also contains many conditions of employment which apply together with Awards. A copy of the National Employment Standard is available from Fair Work Australia.
