Joining the Union Means Sticking Together for a Better Deal
The Union specialises in negotiating Union Collective Agreements for members. To negotiate a collective agreement it is best to have all workers on site in the Union.
Typical Union Collective Agreements are negotiated by the Union with the involvement of elected workplace representatives. Meetings are conducted regularly with members on site and the employer until an agreement is reached.
Joining the Union Means Higher Wages
Wages are the bread and butter of workers ande the facts are that if you are not in a Union you are probably only getting minimum wage adjustments if anything at all.
Union members who have collective agreements have better wages and conditions on average than non-union members.
Many of the conditions that you enjoy today were won by the Union including annual leave, the 17.5% annual leave loading, penalty rates, sick leave, the 38 hour week, your allowances and industry superannuation.

Testimonial
"I cannot recommend Union Shopper highly enough! After shopping around for an oven, stove top and range hood, I rang Union Shopper and gave them my details.
A couple of hours later I received a response and was totally surprised to learn the they could save me a further $870.00!
With the savings I bought a ticket overseas. Members are crazy not to utilise this service"
